Operating across six locations within two buildings, the School of Design’s Production Labs at Pratt Institute offer students facilities to support a range of 3D and 2D production needs. This icon design project aims to create a new visual identity for the production labs on the Pratt Commons website and allows students to click each button to get access to the homepage of each lab.
The design of each icon intends to represent the most important and recognizable tools or materials utilized in the production labs. The choice of color palette and typeface was based on the Pratt Identity Guidelines.
